About the HOA

Creek's Bend Village Home Owner's Association

The Creek’s Bend Home Owner's Association was created to provide management of the common properties in the community, and to provide for the preservation, protection and enhancement of property and home values.  Every homeowner is a member of the Association.  The Association is governed by a set of “Covenants and Bylaws”. When you become a homeowner you agree to abide by the Covenants and Bylaws.  If your Real Estate Agent did not provide you with a set of the “Covenants and Bylaws” there is an area of this website which contains this information. Please take time and read it.

The Home Owner's Association (HOA) has a Board of Directors (Board) that are elected by the members of the HOA.  There is a directory of the Board on this website.  This Board is elected to manage the business of the HOA.
